By accessing the digital ecosystem of Cletto ("Agentic AI Hub"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Our systems are engineered for high-performance business applications; any unauthorized use of Cletto protocols is strictly prohibited.
The Rights
2. Use License & Access
Cletto grants a limited, revocable license to access our digital growth tools for legitimate internal business scale. Under this license, user directives may NOT:
- Core Bypass: Attempting to reverse engineer or deconstruct our proprietary Agentic AI workflow logic.
- Data Harvesting: Extracting proprietary data models or Cletto-Intelligence parameters for external resale.
- Visual Cloning: Replicating our visual architecture or brand assets without explicit written proxy.
Accuracy
3. Professional Disclaimer
Materials across the Cletto platform are provided "as-deployed". While our Agentic AI systems aim for near-perfect automation, we make no absolute warranties of merchantability or outcome-specific guarantees beyond individual MSAs.
Threshold
4. Liability Boundaries
Cletto maintains zero structural liability for data variations or strategy outcomes beyond our direct execution oversight. Your business scale remains your primary executive responsibility.
The Deal
5. Professional Retainers
Elite services (AI Deployment, System Audits, High-ROAS Management) are governed by high-alpha Master Service Agreements. Payment cycles and performance bonuses are outlined in separate, legally-binding work orders.
